Circuses, Ghosts, And Secretive Folks – Webcomic ‘Spectacle’ Is Now Live From Oni And Megan Rose Gedris

As we covered at New York Comic Con 2017, at Oni Press’s 20th Anniversary Panel, they announced an interesting new project in the form of a webcomic called Spectacle.

Oni Press and Megan Rose Gedris (YU+ME: dream) have teamed up for this “supernatural murder mystery” webcomic series, and it is now live via www.spectaclecomic.com.

Spectacle will continue to post on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while also offering monthly full issues that will be available on a variety of digital vendors including Google Play, iBooks, Kindle, and ComiXology. The first full issue became available on October 11th, 2017.

Oni explains:

Spectacle follows Anna, a pragmatic engineer who works as a psychic in the Samson Brothers Circus, but doesn’t believe in anything supernatural—until her twin sister Kat is murdered and comes back as a very demanding ghost. Sharing a room with her sister was hard, but now they’re sharing a body while trying to identify the killer. With few leads, a troupe full of secretive folk, and strange paranormal occurrences popping up around the circus, solving the case seems near impossible. But the murderer in their midst may be the least of their problems…
