Into The Cosmic And Far From Home – Eternity #2 From Valiant

by Hannah Means Shannon

This week, the second issue of Valiant’s new cosmic series Eternity arrives, expanding on our knowledge of the mythology behind Divinity. It’s one of the trippier and more ambitious comics produced by Valiant, and that’s saying something amid a raft of publications that have been pushing boundaries into new and interesting zones of storytelling.

Written by Matt Kindt, with art by Trevor Hairsine, Eternity #2 has covers by Jelena Kevic-Djurdjevic, Tom Muller, Matt Kindt, and David Lafuente.

In this second issue of the series, we journey “beyond” the barriers of “reality” and far outside of normal human understanding. We will meet a universe of powerful beings and advanced civilizations, according to Valiant. But those realms have a connection to ours, and to one earthling, Abram Adams, who we now know as Divinity. He journeys in search of answers with Myshka to encounter the unknown.

Here’s a teaser of what we are going to encounter in Eternity #2 this week:

Eternity #2 lands in comic shops this Wednesday, November 29th, 2017.
