Super-Scientist And CEO: Preview Frankie Boyle’s Rex Royd From Titan

by Olly MacNamee

Announced previously and now out this this week from Titan Comics, Frankie Boyle’s Rex Royd is finally collected and completed. Written by Scottish comedian Frankie Boyle and writing partner, Jim Muir, with art by Mike Dowling and Budi Setiawan, we have a preview of the first few pages from the strip originally published in Mark Millar’s noble experiment into UK anthologies, CLiNT. The magazine folded before the full story could be told, but not anymore!

By day, Rex is the suave CEO of RexCorp, working alongside indestructible Alan Black, and Eve (yes, the original Eve). But by night, he is the scourge of superheroes, the Bilderberg Group and even God himself. All this plus memory implants, drug-addicted schizophrenics, sex-travelling aliens, Thunder God suicides – and more.

Frankie Boyle’s Rex Royd is available now from Titan Comics.
