Feast Your Eyes On The Outrageous Artwork Of MegaGhost #1

by Hannah Means Shannon

Recently announced series MegaGhost is upcoming from Eric Powell’s Albatross Funnybooks imprint in December, part of an expanded slate from the indie publisher.

Written by Gabe Soria (Murder Ballads) and illustrated by Eisner Award-winning artist Gideon Kendall (Marley’s Ghost, Mad Magazine), the series also features limited edition covers from Powell himself.

This delightfully weird story features an occult-powered “giant supernatural robot” determined to defend the world from horrors.

Here’s the full description:

Can life get any weirder for junior occultist Martin Magus? Living in the haunted city of Dunwich Heights is strange enough for a kid investigating the unknown, but when he comes into possession of a bewitched ring, he discovers that he now has the power to summon MEGAGHOST, a giant supernatural robot sworn to defend the world against the creepy things that go SMASH in the night!

But even better, we’ve got a full preview of the outrageously awesome artwork for you:

Seriously, did you see that cutaway house? This is going to be a beautiful and strange book. It’s currently available for pre-order from Diamond right here and will arrive December 12th, 2018.
