Pop surrealist painter and comic artist, Camilla d’Errico, regularly exhibits at popular conventions like Emerald City and Designer Con. She also likes to have showings at art galleries centered around a common theme. Her latest series will be shown in Northport, New York at the Haven Gallery.

From May 11 to June 16, you can catch her Zodiac Solo Show where she displays 12 original paintings that represent the 12 signs of the Zodiac. She created expressive, anime inspired females of different shapes, styles and races with a message of love, unity and diversity in each one.

D’Errico says:

I love and believe in astrology and always wanted to do a Zodiac show. Each piece is representative of the Zodiac sign with my own whimsical interpretation. Audiences, even if they do not believe in astrology, know their Zodiac sign and are interested in the designs.

There will be an opening reception on May 11, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The original paintings will be up for sale at the gallery and prints and a new artbook of the Zodiac paintings can be found at her Etsy store. Painter, Travis Louie, will also be exhibiting his “Animals that I have Known” paintings. You can preview some of d’Errico’s Zodiac paintings in this article.
