Image have announced a new 15 issue maxi-series called Nomen Omen, by writer and RPG creator Marco B. Bucci (Magna Veritas, Memento Mori) and artist Jacopo Camagni (X-Men Blue, Deadpool The Duck). It’s billed as an ‘urban fantasy’ with witchcraft, spells and secrets and will feature alternative covers by Olivier Coipel and Becky Cloonan.  Here’s a little bit more about this new book as well as the regular cover (above) to issue #1:

In Nomen Omen, no matter how fast you run, sooner or later your past will catch up with you. Enter Becky Kumar, a geeky twenty-year-old from New York City who is about to cross the veil between our reality and a realm of otherworldly truths.

Nomen Omen #1 will hit stores on Wednesday, October 2.
