The Mandalorian Gets Into The Action With A Second Trailer

by Erik Amaya

Disney+ has released a second trailer for the upcoming series The Mandalorian. In it, Werner Herzog’s unnamed Imperial lectures the title character (Pedro Pascal) on a variety of topics. The Mandalorian, for his part, is seen in a variety of locations taking on a Trandoshan, a large animal, and Imperial Stormtroopers. We also get a glimpse of the Mandalorian’s allies like Greef Carga (Carl Weathers), Cara Dune (Gina Carano) and IG-11 (Taika Waititi) and a blink-and-you’ll miss it moment with Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito). It seems whatever bounty the Mandarlorian picks up from those Imperials, it will lead him on a mercy mission … which seems about right from what we’ve seen of the character so far. These relentless loner types tend to have hearts of gold in the Star Wars galaxy.

The series will stream weekly on Disney+ starting November 12th through the end of the year, which will be a new sort of Star Wars experience we cannot wait for.
