The DC Black Label oversized books may be a bit more pricey, but then they can also offer the readers that little bit more. Whether it’s more pages or simply the larger format that is more able to show off the amazing artwork that’s been a stable of this imprint since Batman: Damned set such a high marker, I’ve been impressed with most of their offering that I’ve picked up along the way. And, Joker/Harley: Criminal Sanity #2 is another one of those titles in which the art simply sings to you. Check out the preview and that amazing artwork from Mike Mayhew from a script by Kami Garcia and a very different take on the Harley/Joker relationship as Harley cases the crime scene of a Salvador Dali inspired murder.
Joker/Harley: Criminal Sanity continues as Jim Gordon and the GCPD turn to forensic psychiatrist and criminal profiler Harley Quinn for assistance. Harley’s intrigued by the detail this new killer is putting into his crime scenes, but has no idea the investigation will bring her face-to-face with the most notorious serial killer in Gotham’s history—the Joker. The level of meticulous preparation in the murders is unusual, but will that help or hurt her cause?
Joker/Harley: Criminal Sanity #2 is out January 1st from DC Black Label/DC Comics
