Pillow Talk: Preview Daredevil #16 by Zdarsky, Fornes And Marvel

by Olly MacNamee

Judging by the preview for Daredevil #16, out today from Marvel Comics, theres a lot of pillow talk going on. Just not all of it the whispers of sweet nothings into loved one’s ears. Matt Murdoch and Elektra wake up together, while Wilson Fisk remains bed bound in hospital.

Written by Chip Zdarsky, with art from Jorge Fornes that really, really reminds me of David Mazzuchelli’s classic run on Daredevil alongside Frank Miller. Hell, even the cover, by Julian Tedesco, is reminiscent of Bill Sienkiewicz. So, what’s not to like about this awesome book and a return to greatness for Matt Murdoch, in my humble opinion. Catch Daredevil #16 and the start of an all-new story.
