You’ve heard of Rodents of Unusual Size (ROUS), but have you heard of Galactic Rodents of Mayhem (GROM)? Fueled by the power of nostalgia, this series from writer Gilbert Deltrez, artist Sebastian Navas, colorist Tiago Barsa, and letterer Deyvision Manes, is like a Saturday morning cartoon on steroids. Debuting this Fall from Scout Comics, the series is describes as the capybara lovechild of Star Wars and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. If that’s not enough to get your attention, I don’t know what is.
GROM follows Bash, Ripple, and Mona-Lisa as they begin a deadly game of cat-and-mouse. They have a $100 million bounty on their heads and they’re facing off against the menacing Dark Raider. Joined by the gunslinger gecko Gan-Gon, the furry bounty hunters must find a way to dodge the fearsome general of S.P.A.C.E. (Space Police Authority & Command Enterprises) who has sent sniper vipers, armed armadas, and a hulking robo-shark after our heroes.
Galactic Rodents of Mayhem is set to debut in the Fall from Scout Comics.
