V. E. Schwab’s new fantasy-based series, Extraordinary, was announced at the Shades of Magic Comic-Con@Home panel over the weekend, a series set in the world of Schwab’s best-selling novels Vicious and Vengeful.
During the panel, Schwab commented that, “Extraordinary is about supervillains. It’s about people who discover that the result from near-death experiences are superpowers. It’s the ultimate anti-hero/proud villain tale.”
An official follow up rom Titan Comics tells us more:
“The new comic series is set in the Villains novel universe during the five years between Schwab’s critically acclaimed Vicious (2013) and the sequel novel Vengeful(2018), and follows Eli “Ever” Cardale, as he takes on a sinister new role hunting down Extraordinaries, or E.O.s, as they grapple with their newfound powers”
Due out in early 2021 from Titan Comics.
