by Gary Catig

It’s not uncommon for video game companies to partner with toy developers to bring their beloved characters to their fans in another medium. In this case, CD Projekt Red — known for their video games based on The Witcher novels — has collaborated with McFarlane Toys for an all new action figure depicting the lead character.

Available for pre-order beginning in mid-October is Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher III: Wild Hunt. He will stand 12 inches tall wearing his signature Kaer Mohen. Also, he comes equipped with his silver and steel swords and their corresponding sheaths, monster head trophies, and a Witcher branded base. A brief description of the fantasy hero can be found below.

A master of the sword, adept at combat magic, and with finely-honed witcher senses, Geralt was forged at the elite School of the Wolf and is considered one of the deadliest witchers ever trained.

This Geralt of Rivia action figure arrives in November 2020 and will retail for $39.99. He can be found at Amazon.com, Best Buy, Walmart.com, and specialty retailers. Keep an eye out for more Witcher action figures from McFarlane Toys that will roll out in 2021.
