» Reported by Adam Martin of WrestleView.com
» On Friday, November 18, 2005 at 5:37 PM EST

Eddie Guerrero's funeral took place yesterday in Phoenix, Arizona. The list of those who attended included the entire Guerrero family, Hector Rincon, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, JBL, Rey Mysterio, Dean Malenko, Vince/Linda/Shane/Stephanie McMahon, Tom Prichard, Billy Anderson, Johnny Ace, Edge, Lita, Jamie Noble, Shane Helms, Charlie Haas, Jackie Gayda, Mark Jindrak, Konnan, Gail Kim, Mike Tenay, Doug Basham, Christian, CM Punk, Billy Kidman, Torrie Wilson, Sting, Tommy Drake, Kevin Dunn, Bruce Prichard, Michael Hayes and Steve Austin. "Superstar" Billy Graham led the service and among those who spoke included Malenko, Jericho, Benoit, JBL (said to be very funny), Vince McMahon, Prichard, all of Eddie's brothers, one sister, Chavo Jr. and Valerie Coleman. A good portion of the WWE talent at the service took a plane to Europe immediately to continue the company's overseas tour.

What I have heard is that they are running adds for the next Smackdown PPV where it's Randy Orton vs. Undertaker in the Hell in the Cell for the vacant World Heavyweight Title with Batista as the special ref. Which I took to mean that it will get Batista the time off to heal and Randy would win the title and perhaps we could see at WrestleMania Randy Orton vs. John Cena (even though I would very much see that match become a three way with RVD).

BoogeyMan is 40 as well.

i knew BoogyMan was old, he was that guy that competed (or tried to) in the last Tough Enough that ran thru SD! but was not allowed to advance because of his age.
How long has Batista been wrestling for?

Since this thread isn't just televised wrestling-
Any New Yorkers going to Ring Of Honor tonight? I'll be the loudmouth cheering on the villians, (and Jay lethal), and I'll be marking out for The Embassy in Steel Cage Warfare.

ROH tonight at Basketball city on the peirs at West 23rd.

TNA guys there tonight: Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, Samoa Joe, Alex Shelly, Abyss
WWE guys tonight: Colt Cabana and an appearance by Lance Storm (I'll be cheering for the defunct Team Canada.)

More info at www.ROHwrestling.com but that board's forums are full of knobs.

Damn. It appears that Mr. Kennedy has the same injury (all be it a bit worse) as Batista and it out. Kennedy!

And I believe that Batista has been wrestling for about 2-3 years.
