intoabar-

If you pick up a ROH dvd the recent Joe v Kobashi was a fantastic show all around and the main event is fantastic. And in the Homicide/Jack Evans match I'm the moron ("I aint movin'") that Evans landed on. Every single match was great.

It was a great show and recent so you can follow those events to a live show.

I just got into ROH recently. In May two ROH guys put on the best match at a show I went to. In July I went to the show with Matt Hardy because it was close to home. Oct 2nd was Joe/Kobiashi and I hooked up with some buds that have been getting all the DVDs. I've seen spring 2004- fall 2004. I haven't seen a bad show yet.

Saturday's show started slow, got good, got disgusting and finished with a mindblowing steelcage team survival match. The three good matches will make it worth buying the dvd

Please, G, my friends call me God laugh

Thanks for the recommendation. I've been thinking of getting ol' grassy a Christmas present and this sounds like the perfect gifts. Joe is what has been making (along with Christian) TNA lately, and the little that I've seen of Homicide (from the sadly missed MLW days) sounds like this would be the perfect stocking stuffer.

I've heard telling that ROH has the makings of what ECW was in the 90's (and before that the NWA Magnum T.A.; Horsemen era).

looking at the current Diva roster for SmackDown:

Jillian Hall, and that rice cake thingy on her face.
Melina, who i consider a butterface.
Sharmell, too skinny and too annoying.
Stacy Keibler, no complaints except that she's off WWE tv filming a movie.

And with the whole Melina/Trish angle going on if she were to win the title what does that mean for Melina? will she be jumped to RAW??

Bring back Michell McCool already!!

Lex Luger being held in Hennepin County Jail in Minneapolis -- info inside
» Reported by Adam Martin of WrestleView.com
» On Friday, December 9, 2005 at 4:02 PM EST

Lawrence Pfohl, known to wrestling fans as Lex Luger, is being held without bail currently in the Hennepin County Jail in Minneapolis at the moment.

The 47-year-old has a scheduled court appearance on December 22 on two felonies, a drug charge from the state of Georgia and a fugitive from justice charge stemming from that original charge.

As covered on other wrestling websites, both Luger and Marcus Bagwell were taken off an airplane in Minneapolis that was flying to Winnipeg on Tuesday due to a disturbance. Both were allowed to get on a different flight later on. When they arrived in Canada, they were detained for a long period and Luger was sent back since it was likely they discovered the outstanding warrant.

Luger was arrested when he arrived back in Minneapolis. This isn't Luger's first run-in with the law as he has encountered one legal problem after another since WCW went out of business. From DUI arrests, to steroid and growth hormone charges found at his home when Elizabeth Hulette passed away to spending a lengthy time period in jail in Atlanta due to nonpayment of child support, Luger has had a very interesting last few years to say the least.

I've actually heard about this league. I seem to recall that Dory Funk and his wife were/are writing for it.
