Aparently, someone has hacked into the Maakies website and put up Ted Rall's comic.
They can't get it down.
I suspect Danny is up to his tricks somehow.
I've never seen anything like this, everytime they try to remove it, it just pops back up:

Is this some kind of desperate drunk person's idea of a publicity stunt, the intent of which is to lure unsuspecting viewers towards Cartoon Network's MAAKIES show, i.e. their doom?
