Joey, please tell me you didn't take that seriously. And technically, since it's an unwritten rule, would you be able to find it written down somewhere? r, all I did was a few back-up stories for books that're way too embarrassing and obscure to state in public. i will say that it was for one of the many many lame-ass fantasy clones/80's glut casulties in the Cerebus/Elfquest aftermath. i literally cringe when i look at it.
which books do you miss?
By the way, love diesel sweeties. May you garner all the PvP readers once they grow some pubic hair and realize there's more to life. i've been wondering, is steve based on a real person?

I'm only talking pageviews because I don't know yours or ADVENTURERS!'s actual bytes delivered per month, but I do know that you're both webcomic sites and your individual strip files are roughly the same size and are presented one-per-page, so your pageview-to-bytes ratio should be about the same. I would venture a guess that the majority of Scott's pageviews are coming from people reading his forums, which seem to be extremely popular for his readers. I noticed at one point (several months ago, at least, not sure if it's still true) that there were a number of regular posters in his forum who refused to READ his comic, they just wanted some place where they could rant and troll. Course, scott still has to pay for that... you really use more than 250 gig a month? dang! your comics aren't that big... ------------------ -indy www.circleweave.com

i think the 80s comic i miss the most is Nexus, even tho i wasn't reading it at the time. it's cool if you don't divulge the title of your strip - NObody knows about the crap i was drawing "back in the day" either. i'm glad you like DS, i think a few million more people should agree with you. steve is actually one of the only characters NOT based on a real person in any way - but i digress and meander off-topic. come on by hte DS boards sometime, i'm on there every day. ------------------ http://www.clango.org

"i think the 80s comic i miss the most is Nexus,"
Ah, yes, good ol steve Rude. What has he been doing these days anyway? I miss Buck Godot. But then there's one good thing that came out of the end of the 80s: no more creepy pedophilic comics by Barry Blair. bbbbrrrrrr
"steve is actually one of the only characters NOT based on a real person in any way"
wow. shit. the juxtaposition of his narcness/virginity with his metal/mullet persona is really cool. brilliant.
"come on by hte DS boards sometime, i'm on there every day."
Aw, but then i wouldn't have my bedbuddy Scott to play with!

Sorry 'bout that, the server crashed when I received 7,456,345,987,678 hits within the first 2 minutes of putting up the link. But don't worry, I'm putting up a sister site, www.fuckscottkurtz-intheearofcourse.com, next week. Please come on by! But don't you dare forget, Manley, I am now officially the number one online cartoonist, and as such you do not the have right to even think of liking another comic more than the sheer brilliance that is www.fuckscottkurtz-uptheassofcourse.com. Or i'll crush you by dropping my 60-foot dick on your house. Damn straight.
