Initially, I thought Michael had shot himself in the heart, committing suicide. So for about 30 seconds, I thought he was dead, too. Then the "next week...on LOST" preview ruined that for me.

Michael's been one of my least favorite characters since the show started, so I'm glad he's been given a new wrinkle.

Sawyer and Ana-Lucia having sheet-ripping, mad monkey sex was another shocker.

i missed the Hanso Foundation commertial, but i was listening to the local morning radio show and they tried calling the number but they got a busy signal on air but one of them did say that they managed to get a response last night, that an answering service is what is on the other end, something like if you want to get in contact with so an so please dial extension whatever, it's like a going in a circle but that you get lots of info.

I called and got through a couple of times.

In Hanso's voice mail I heard a woman's voice say something like, "Where's Mr. Hanso? What have you done with him?"

There's also some messages in French on the voicemail. Supposedly, pressing "1" will occassionally get a message from someone named Persephone, who will give the password for the newsletter. I tried twice, but just got general "voicemail" and the call ended.

I guess it's part of a new LOST game. I give 'em credit for making use of the old-fashioned telephone in this day and age.
