Hey, Frank!
Don't follow Liberty Meadows but liked your Illustrator book. Sort of liked LM but it didn't take, so I dropped it after a few issues. Think you do great cartooning and illustrating but find Brandy doesn't fit in quite right in the Liberty universe. Sorry.
Would be interesting to see you on Howard the Duck trying to make him blend in a more realistic universe and less cartoony than LM, or on Angel and the Ape where you would have to draw Angel more cartoony than Brandy to blend her in. By the way, check out my topic about "Disney animator's off duty project" and look into Blacksad.
Amyways, I prefer to have loose, easier to open flat, original issues to booked up editions, but some of my favorite graphic novel collections are:
-Moonshadow by J.M. DeMatteis and Jon Jay Muth -Plastic Man Archives by Jack Cole -The Land of Nod Treasury by Jay Stephens -Alex Toth books (3) edited by Manuel Auad -Kane by Paul Grist -Miguelanxo Prado's stuff in French or English -Soulwind by Scott Morse -Cadillacs and Dinosaurs by Mark Schultz -L'il Abner by Al Capp -Usagi Yojimbo by Stan Sakai (when I get Book 3, I can get to rest of series - have other trades and all of Dark Horse issues)

I'm trying to collect all the Blade of Immortal tpbs. Does anyone know how many tpbs will be released for this??
Also could anyone recommend anything that is similar to Darkstalker and Vampire Hunter D, i just couldn't find any of the two comics.

The first Metabarons trade is one of my current faves; where the second one is being held hostage, I have no clue. Also, the recent re-collection of Marvel's Punisher;Circle of Blood by Steven Grant and Mike Zeck. For my money, the best Punisher story ever told. And, I have to say both Footsoldiers volumes, released this year, were excellent reads.

Steve Weissman's YIKES! is one of the best indy comics I have ever read. It's out now in TPB from Fantagraphics. The precursor to all the "lil' monster" comics out now that aren't very good.
