The link has been removed from the front page. Normally Drudge would milk something like this for weeks. I agree with Cisco- I hope the Right screams about this ad nauseaum. The American people can watch them attacking a man mourning his brother over the behaviour of government officials he has no power over.

Well that's fairly big news huh? then you hit the link and the actual headline of the article is: Commanding officer says Clark had no direct role in Waco siege

The exact opposite of what Drudge says in his link to the story in other words.

At best that's disingenuous, particularly as the article lays out clearly that Clark had NOTHING to do with Waco - that his division on request supplied some equipment but that he had nothing to do with it.

This is the kind of deceptive, partisan crap Drudge is famous for. Does he occaisionally, rarely link to stories that are critical of the Right? Sure, but the constant, unrelenting drumbeat of deceptive headlines and unidentified sources spouting crap like the Dean brother story consistently promote The Republican Party line and the Administration's talking points.
