Amerikka has once again showed it true colors
The entire country was hit by Hurricane Homeless years ago. Yet no one stepped up to address the issue. Now I read emergency housing is being created in "all across the country" (i.e. major urban cities with large Black populations). The question to asked, "Why couldn't the homeless be saved?"
Congress approves an additional $51.8 billion dollars to finance relief and reconstruction programs. Who gets the contracts..Halliburton? (We all know they are reconstructing Iraq) Was the quick approval to help the relatives of people who actually VOTE?

Dubya has suspended the Davis-Bacon Act

in the affected areas (Alabama Florida, Louisana and Mississippi), so that "slave-wages" will once again be in effect. Talk about kicking someone while they are down.
