Don't forget to mention my feature article, where I enlist the aid of Friedrich Nietzsche to both praise and bury three of the major modern comics-fanzines.

Sorry, Gene! That was in last Monday's update, which we neglected to promote because we were on a national holiday here in England wink

Well, I didn't get any comment on my article at the Ninth Art Forum so I decided to re-hype its appearnance just one more time on this board to make sure I was roundly ignored everywhere.

Bless you wink

I wouldn't worry too much - we certainly all liked it - but we've found that many of our more 'academic' articles don't generate much feedback, even though we know they're read by many people. I think readers might just not like to disagree with someone who obviously knows what they're talking about wink

Thanks, Anthony; didn't intend to sound pettish, just ironic. It's nothing new with me, anyway (which is just a statement of fact, nothing more). But I did want to see if anyone here found my criticism of the three zines as even-handed as I did. At this point I'd almost be grateful for a response from Milo George. (I said almost...)
