I haven't been able to find it in weeks. Does Fox have a clue what they're doing or am I looking at the wrong times?

With the exception of last week, it's been on every Wednesday at 9:30. The Fox website at http://www.fox.com/familyguy/index.html says that the season premiere is Thursday, November 8 at 8pm, and will continue on that day and time throughout the season.

I have every episode downloaded on my computer, so I have enough ammo to last me until then.

Apropos of nothing, the guy who created Family Guy was supposed to be on one of the planes that crashed into the WTC. He didn't get there until they finished boarding because his flight itinerary was wrong.

It's going to return in November on Thursday's at 7 (CST) right before the Tick. Friends will prob. put the final nail in it's extremely long coming coffin. Alas, I will miss it before it's even gone...

And the guy who created Wings was on the plane instead.
