Did he really write the Robo Cop movies?

He wrote the second one and early drafts of the third.

Must have been a very early draft conisdering how much the 3rd one sucked.

Not only was Frank Miller connected with ROBOCOP 2 and 3 but if you look hard enough, don't blink and use the pause and rewind buttons right you can see Miller in his "acting" debut as a lab worker in ROBO 2. If memory serves me right he even has a line or two.
