Yes, and even though he banned me within six hours of my first post for defending Dave Sim from the hivemind Simogynists, I still invaded his house from time to time, my Read-Only Access allowing me to have quite a few chuckles at everybody saying the same thing in a different way.

What's Ellis' problem with Dave Sim?

I'm just guessing here, but it might have something to do with the fact that Sim believes something other than what Ellis believes.

On that occasion, the problem behind the banning of Talon was with Talon's body of work. And he HAS the body of work. He's Talon.

Of course, the underlying problem was always with the manner of people's comments.

If someone took time to establish themselves as bona fide and then started using that aggressive tone (*), they'd get away with it.

If a new poster announced their presence with such a tone they'd be booted off.

That's what gives people the impression that everyone agreed, when in fact there was as much diversity of opinion as you find in any forum of that many people.)

(* some of you don't seem to like the nastiness when others do it, and to be honest the WEF could have done without it sometimes. You read what you want to see, and ignore the rest I suppose.)
