This thread is trying to beat out the "Artists/Writers that piss you off thread" in inane feeling, stubborness, crybabying, and stupidity, so it's fair that whoever has the last post needs this up:

I'll leave it up to you to decide which group in the whole slapfight debate on this thread this pic refers to.

I would think a picture intended to mock people by using the word "retard" would, at the very least, use proper grammar.

I didn't make that pic, but I think that's part of the joke.

The man who was going to rape that pregnant South African woman had a knife. I'm glad she had the gun.

Without the Second Amendment, all the other Amendments to our Constitution become meaningless - there'd be no other way to stop governmental tyranny, should it happen. That's why the Amendment is there.

"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms . . . disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes . . . Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."
--Thomas Jefferson, quoting Cesare Beccaria in On Crimes and Punishment (1764).

"The Constitution of most of our states, and the United States, assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves: that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of the press."

-Thomas Jefferson, Proposed Virginia Constitution, 1776

"Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. the supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any bands of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States." --Noah Webster, An Examination into the Leading Principles of the federal Constitution (1787) in Pamphlets to the Constitution of the United States (P. Ford, 1888).

Eel, wasn't it your pal, Batman, who said that "a gun is a coward's weapon?"

Batman's also a fictional character who can apparently take out an entire army with a single piece of sharpened, bat-shaped metal. And let's not get into ripping on people's online handles, Batum Schrag.

You mean, 'like you sound like an arrogant dickhead', or 'like you take things in stride'?

Awww Kev, but you're so much more entertaining as a fictional character.

America has the hghest death toll from gun usage in the free world.

Coincidentally, we have the most guns and the laxest gun laws.

It's a pretty simple equation, and anyone with brains can figure it out. Most americans choose to live with it, however.

Edited to add: Or else, if the complete accessability of guns doesn't explain the death toll by guns in the US, the only other explanation is that we are a more stupid and violent people than the Canadians.

Take your pick.
