Keep talking about Mark, then. We'll see how that works out for you.

I don't fuckin' buy comics, you stupid fanboy. Maybe you're confused--just because you buy anything with an Alex Ross cover, it doesn't mean everyone does.

Why would I pay Zeu? I don't have any money, and we never had that agreement--ask him. His work hasn't been published yet, and I'm not his employer--I'm his co-worker and collaborator. In fact, although Bill has said anything we put together for Spark will be published, he could turn around and publish it anywhere--the characters are all public domain, although 'tweaked' by the two of us.

I've never stolen any characters, you fucking imbecile--any more than your secret crush Alex Ross stole Superman--I used characters AC already had, or that weren't being used by anyone. Speaks volumes that I come up with the motherfucking idea, then you worship Superpowers as 'high art'.

I've asked what happened with Stegbauer at least five times. You could very easily have said he had some personal issues to deal with and couldn't complete the entire issue of GL (even though he's supposed to be a professional). Why be such a little drama queen? Because that drags out my interest in the subject (and thus my interest in you) for a little bit longer?

Why would you pay Zeu? Gee, I don't know. Because he's done some work for you maybe? Tough concept, I know, when your art career has primarily consisted of découpage murals on nursery walls.

Just because AC "already had" the characters, or they "weren't being used by anyone" doesn't make what you've done not theft.

Waitaminute. How IS it theft to use these public domain characters? Especially if he was using them before Ross and Krueger? You might as well call Erik Larsen a thief too.

(Which he's not.)

In one ear and out the other. You're just a time-wasting, circular-thinking dickhead, Necro. Let's see...I'll backtrack and give you smaller sentences:

What happened to Mark? None of your fucking business.

Never will be.

Why haven't I paid Zeu? I'm not his fucking boss.

We're both freelancers for a company.

Bill, our 'boss', only pays after publication--he knows that.

Every Indy company does that.

What is 'public domain'?

It means everybody can use a character--unless infringing on copyrighted or trademarked material.

This means--I/we can use Black Terror as long as it isn't somebody else's version of Black Terror.

There hasn't been a multiracial Black Terror. If Ross or me were doing a spot-on Dan Brereton copy/version--steal his trademarked/copyrighted material, Dan could sue us.

If Krueger, Me or Hunter were copying Beau Smith's original words and plot, messing with his copyrighted material, we would be stealing.

These are 'proprietary rights'--which I understand, and hopefully, you do too, now.

As I've mention before, if you don't like my work, I DON'T GIVE A FUCK.

I think you're an learning-disabled idiot.

Doesn't matter. You still cite his name and work for your own benefit.

I understand the law. You don't understand the difference between right and wrong.

Who am I stealing from? NOBODY.

You're a fucking Sociopath, a liar, a repressed homosexual, a 'player hater' and a hypocrite--who steals/wastes people's time. A bloated bully. You're obviously a bigot, and you have a proven small mind.

You questioning anyone's ethics and morality is a fucking joke.

I am 'quitting you', you fucking nutjob. I'll still be here, though. Be warned--if you continue attempting to 'Fox News' my reputation, I can tell a wider audience the truth about you.

Do what you need to do, old man. Your intellectual thievery, non-productivity, poor work quality and faux-pro eminence front do more to damage your reputation than I ever have.

You got it.

BTW, does Hunter owe you money, now for your shitty art? Almost everyone thinks I'm better than you, and both your 'style' and your taste in art is like a 12 year old schizophrenic on Ketamine.
I've never said I was eminent--although I feel an unshakable superiority to you. Were I a pretender--as you allege, I wouldn't have to post my publisher's press releases, or do any of it--which I find distasteful--and you make something that goes against my nature even more difficult. It's either that, or I don't sell comics. I'd rather do the fucking work, and have a publisher handle this shit for me. It doesn't work that way when you're trying to do something original. You motherfucking low-end fanboys have editors xconvinced you won't tolerate anything different, and would launch a Holy War if the big two started doing original, self-expressive material that wasn't 'cloneworks'. You like your artists nice, generic, interchangeable...and quiet--so you don't have to think.

..and I don't steal, you fucking, lying shitass.

I don't know what Ketamine is, but I'm assuming it's a drug of some kind. Which would be your department.

I sure you feel something. And often.

Again with that crap. Okay, let's see. Just got my comics shipment Saturday:

- The Actress & the Bishop (Brian Bolland)
- Alter Ego #87 (Miracleman issue... I haven't finished it yet, do you get a mention?)
- Captain Canuck V1 HC (George Freeman)
- Cerebus Archive #2 (Dave Sim, etc.)
- Church of Hell #2 (thought Simon Bisley did some interiors when I ordered, I was wrong)
- Empowered V5 (Adam Warren)
- Essential Doctor Strange V4 (Gene Colan, Marshall Rogers, Michael Golden and Paul Smith)
- Ex Machina #43 (Tony Harris)
- Heavy Metal Summer 2009 (nothing really outstanding this issue)
- Madame Xanadu #12 (Michael Kaluta)
- Muppet Robin Hood #2 (Armand Villavert, he's no Roger Langridge)
- Muppet Show #4 (Roger Langridge)
- Nexus: As It Happened (Steve Rude)
- Prince Valiant 1937-1938 oversized edition (Hal Foster)
- Spirit #30 (I buy this on autopilot since it's almost over, Michael Avon Oeming sucks)
- Superman: What Ever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow? HC (Swan, Pérez, Gibbons, Veitch)
- Tiny Titans #17 (Art Baltazar)
- Wonder Woman #33 (dropping this, story is going nowhere)
- Voice of the Fire novel (new Top Shelf edition)

Hmm. Looks like you're wrong. Again.

You buy a lot of comics, by big companies. I rest my case. nothing your not supposed to like.

And the Muppets.

I'm astonished you've learned the names of artists in less than a year and a half, though--good job! You still buy a lot of fucking comics, dontcha fanboy--?

Funny you're buying a comic written by Matt Wagner though (after the tirade back on DW)--and several drawn by some of my biggest influences--many (most) that I've mentioned--none of whom you draw anything remotely like. I guess to 'rub salt in the wound' caused by your disapproval--oh, it hurts. laugh

I see you're dropping Gail's--I guess because I just drew a story by her... grin
