Allen (aka Necrotechno) & I have had a few heated debates about an insignificant subject but I don't consider his behavior moronic.
He is certainly a vulgarian (and I imagine very proud of it).
Does he "contribute" anything to Comicon's Forums? I think he contributes a heck of a lot more than some around here who are very obvious morons (No, I'm not naming any screen names, so don't ask).
