Not really. When I said Colletta was a better inker than Sinnott, all Erik had to do was let it go. Then this wouldn't have happened. It was his cry for attention that brought this on, not mine.

So you're "tracing" accusation was just your way of punishing him for having the temerity to disagree with you?

I'd say at this point you've got... what? Three thousand readers who don't care that your work is a giant mish-mash of ripped-off references from superior artists?

No, it's my pointing out he has no aesthetic sensibility.

That's right. He says what he wants. And it's all in your face. Boo-yah.

Is that really necro? I would have expected a failed attempt at a goatee or at least a soul patch...

I already have. There are numerous examples in there where it's impossible you didn't know you were referencing the styles of others, especially Frank Miller and Jack Kirby. The bits and pieces you lift from Joe Staton and John Byrne may be subconcious, from copying/tracing them so much in your younger days. The several cover layouts you took from Byrne, though...

As I've said--repeatedly--you haven't. You've showed nothing at all--ZERO examples of me tracing John Byrne--ZERO--not one.

You're a liar.

Put up or shut up.

First--my house burned down in 1991 so that would be impossible and second you claimed that my work as it exists now is all traced from John Byrne drawings so what my sketchbooks looked like is irrelevant.

But there wasn't any traced Byrne art is those either.

You're pathetic.

Put up or shut up.

And it's spelled '70s. The apostrophe takes the place of the missing numbers--it's not possessive or a contraction.
