Watched this video at work called rituals or something I forget what is was called this guy with dark circles under his eyes telling us to suck his dick before he looses his upper managment job. one of my co-workers called him a zombie.

Then they had this animation of a chick running around the store looking for her manager with this rituals thing we have to abide by a schedule of nonsence in order to keep our job or whatever.

Just nonsence this job is.....this is the best they can do?
You can't make pissed off or made up your mind customer return to a store they never liked to begin with.

I could make changes to the store that would actually help in instead of making the customer pissed off because they can't find the olives in grocery because of lack of customer service.

I started doing small sketches like Splatt did in his video using looseleaf paper about 22 sheets on a incline basswood lapboard.

Too much paper and it hard to create the sketches because it doesn't have the right feel.

This setup is food proff. The carpenter pencils work but rought it thumnail size or bigger on loose leaf makes it more dramatic then the smudges of carpenter pencils.

Been drinking V8 tomato juice along with a multivitamin and a couple doses of vitamin C.

The Vitamin C seems to help with stress or my eyes feel alot better at work under the lights
