Supermodels usually say that baked heavy cheese and kneaded bread are the two biggest non-nos. And pizza has both dangerous ingredients.
I remember awhile back denying how that Subway guy could lose weight by mainly eating subs, which also contain bread and cheese. But it was pointed out to me that it's a much lighter kind of bread and a lot less cheese, which isn't baked in at all.
Apparently once again, less quantity means a lot more quality in the diet world.
