He decided to tweak her costume because he was too lazy to draw it correctly.

2836 total credits to his name. If nothing else, his time spent behind the drawing board and typewriter should mean you give him some credit for wanting to take short cuts that really don't change things.

I think when he started on WW, that's all he was doing. It wasn't until over a year later he started writing and penciling the New Gods. I had been reading the Bill Loebs run and remember the change being very jarring — not only the costume tweaks, but growing her hair longer than it had ever been only one issue after it was cropped short. He also started having some severe proportional issues in his figures at that time, and was also when he started doing that weird splayed finger garbage that he still does.

NextMen (and all that stuff at DH) was done in 1994-early 1995. WW started late '95, New Gods/Fourth World was late '96.

Anybody been catching the fireworks going on between Byrne and Knut lately?

Troy, I think it gives credence to your trolling his own board theory. I gotta say, it's some pretty obvious trolling, no two ways about it.

So will JB back down? Will Knut get banned? Maybe it will embolden the other posters to start calling Byrne on his ridiculousness. Anything could happen at this point.

Fireworks?

It looks like intellectual discussion.

What fireworks are you seeing?

If disagreeing with Byrne (or, as I broaden this, anyone) is solely enough to be deleted, I should delete the whole fooking world.
