That's the bottom line, 'cause Cold-Ness said so! Seriously, though (pun intended), people need to lighten up. But that goes both ways, doesn't it? Indeed it do! Sometimes JB takes things WAY too seriously. Sheesh! Sometimes I do, too!

That's pretty bad if Byrne's lost Jodi Moisan.
She's a giant communist and she seemed to lap up Byrne's every drop nonsense with a big ol' spoon. If even she's had enough, that's got to say something about Byrne's charm. I recall that when Jodi initially joined the JBF there was some sort of misunderstanding (on Jodi's part) & I remember thinking that she was way too sensitive. She was convinced that she misunderstood the situation & continued to remain a member. In this latest fiasco, it's seems her sensitivity button was pressed once again & she has apparently decided to exit the scene. Too bad, really, as she seems like a genuinely nice person. The problem she had was implying that JB was behaving in a way that was "beneath him", when this was actually not the case. JB responded that he expresses his opinion how he sees fit & if anyone didn't like it they were free to leave. Jodi apparently didn't like it & chose to exit. Anyone aware of JB's history knows that he will always express his opinions as he sees fit & occasionally (though not as often as some Detractors believe) this backfires.

04/2010: McCoy #1 - 7,292 05/2010: McCoy #2 - 6,450 (-11.5%) 06/2010: McCoy #3 - 6,800 (+5.4%) 07/2010: McCoy #4 - 6,639 (-2.4%) I wish he was doing better, but that's where he is now. Clearly the last twenty years have not happened as often as some Detractors believe.

It seems that she has gotten too comfortable over there and is starting to assert herself like a woman does once they get established in a relationship and is trying to change him and control what he says and what he thinks when she should be swooning over his every observation.

But if you set yourself up as someone who tells it as they see it, it is a wee bit hypocritical when you overreact to any mild criticism of yourself.
The simple fact is Byrne can dish it out but he can't take it. I should know as he banned me from his forum for telling him some list he thought up was rubbish.
And anyway how you say something is just as important as what you say. Who after all is going to listen someone who is deliberately rude even though what they say may be true?
Sensitive Steve
You sensitive bastard! (J/K) Anyway, deliberately rude people need to be told that they are assholes. Until they understand that they are. Even if they don't change at least they'll be able to understand that people think that they are an asshole rather wonder.

Recent Jodi posts..... JB I look at you as a person who is one of the most talented artists I have ever seen. You are as important in my mind as VanGogh or Monet, comic book art is on the same level to me, as the the great paintings of the world. But once in a blue moon, you will post something that I wish you would have tempered, because the comment does you no service. Like the comment you made in the Halloween thread, about the guy that posted a picture of himself dressed as The Spirit. I didn't think the guy meant any disrespect, he just wanted to dress up for Halloween. Now what you said may very well be true. But 99% of those on this forum are here because they admire you and the last thing they want, is have you condemn them in such a harsh way. I just feel you are better than that comment. JB you are a super great guy, you are so amazingly talented and are extremely smart. You are passionate about a hobby I love. You respect the history of comics in a way I have never seen

She hasn't been officially banned, so the door is open for her return.
Hopefully she will be smart enough to stay away.
