I can't say anything about the man, or his alleged crime, but his art is certainly nice.

And dogs bark. It's what they do.

Maybe it was all a misunderstanding and he was just going over to say Nice Doggie, Good boy, Goooood dog

I hate to speculate with so few details, but the few that are known don't look good. Hopefully this will all get straightened out. Having a bad relationship with a neighbor can be a royal pain in the ass.

I have neighbors with dogs and they leave them out during below zero weather over night. They bark and whine and scream to be let in. I don't blame the dogs at all. But the idiots leaving the dogs out, them I blame.

I would too. You can't blame the dogs.

Anyone who could do that to their dogs deserves to be outside themselves. But still you can't go over and get yourself arrested. That doesn't help the situation.

Our dog loves the cold, but I can't imagine leaving him out all night, if he starts barking after ten, we get him inside. But that's the latest he's usually out. It's not easy sometimes. If there is a possum out back he won't listen, he'll sit and bark and bark until you go get him. That and barking at the mailman, can't get him to stop that either.

I'm afraid I'm going to need some more information before Rude gets any of my money. If barking dogs are a problem, call the cops. If the dogs are barking because they're being neglected, call the ASPCA. I find it very hard to trust a man who can't get along with his neighbor. And apparently the law thought Rude was the one in the wrong here. My first guess is: Mister six-foot-five Nick Nolte lookalike thought he was going to be intimidating.

So apparently the neighbor already had a restraining order against him.

Now we have to pay for the legal counsel so he doesn't end up back doing hard time for trying to keep his sanity. All he wants is to be left alone to create his art, not harassed by people who call the police on our kids because a frisbee ended up in their yard."

Again with the sketchy details. No doubt Joe will weave some drug addicted hookers in there somehow.
