You guys really don't see the forces building-up? Wow. It's not like this is sensitive information, it's all over the internet. Turkey and Greece quarreling in the Mediterranean, Egypt which has no oil fields is ruled by a military junta desperate to keep charge and right next to Libya, whose sole stability for decades was Qaddaffi's willingness to shoot anybody he didn't like, just like Assad and his father before him. [And Saddam, come to think about it] Iran shutting down the Straits.
Getting American soldiers out of the line of fire in Iraq and Afghanistan may be a damned good idea (and not the weaselly-retreat it appears to be) as the whole region explodes. If we're lucky, Syria can be used as a shield for Israel as most of the combatants from Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Saudi, etc. will have to physically enter the area anyway.
When Obama crumbled on the Bush tax cuts (whichever time) he gave that angry press conference saying that yes, he had deferred them for two years, but it was a fight he'd be glad to have again in two years. ["Temporary peace" is a Muslim/Arab concept by the way.] That would have put him around the election, and I think it was an oblique reference to other events. Most likely he was talking about military progress since there clearly wasn't a chance of economic recovery, but he was (is?) expecting to look like a brilliant leader and sweep away all opposition.
Oh yeah,
I say you emulate Beck's style. That's a fact.
You are right, it is a fact that you say I emulate Beck's style. If there are any similarities between our styles, I'd have to take your word for it since I don't pay attention to Beck. I suspect there aren't any similarities because you consistently have no idea what you're talking about, so why should this be any different?
You have some fixation on Beck, just like with Larsen/Doran/Image/Bluewater, and rather than dare accept I might not actually pay the slightest attention to any of the people you insist I mimick, you must fit me into your small-minded definitions. The Procrustes approach to political debate.
2: BDU, ACU. Po-tay-to, po-tah-to.
Pretending doesn't it make it so, but pretending it doesn't matter proves you unfit to make sane judgments of any kind. You've finally acknowledged that they have a different name, which represents some small improvement. Good job.
But saying I wear BDUs is a lie (except on those rare occasions where I have). Yet that's what you stuck with for so long.
3: Larsen lifts elements of Miller's style. The evidence is in the work.
Which has nothing whatosever to do with him having Miller's pages on his drawing board right then and there, swiping as recently as DKSA and so on, the lines you were actually repeating over and over and over. You provided no conclusive evidence for your assertions, ergo you lie.
Then provide conclusive evidence that (a) my gym opens at 0600 and (b) I hand out towels and (c) whatever the fuck you meant to say about Korean ladies is true. That's what you said, and it's a lie.
