The extra 30 minutes is mostly Captain America stuff, showing him learning about the modern world and reuniting with old friends.

Not in my opinion, no.
I'm quite looking forward to it. I was already pretty excited for the director's cut on DVD, but seeing it on the big screen will be even better.

How's that relevant to your being wrong about IMDB and the "story by" credit? The first page says Penn (story), Whedon (screenplay). The "see more" link, which I failed to click, also gives Whedon a story credit. Did Weemie get ahold of your login or something? Huh? Charles was right, you were wrong, and so you compare that to Weemie?? Rein that crazy in Allen, rein it in.

If Feige contributed a good deal, whatever the Writer's Guild requirements are, he should've received story credit, too. There is a history of actors and directors not receiving writing credits because of union reasons. It actually works against a director, so his or her contribution is going to be on pretty solid ground when receiving writing credit of any sort. Yep. If anything, the WGA's bias would be against the new guy coming to the project as director. (Look at the difficulty Terry Gilliam had with getting writing credit for Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.)

It's not just that he was wrong, it's that he was too lazy (or stupid?) to make the simplest of internet searches that clearly demonstrated how wrong he was. He hates being reminded of all the times he does that, though strangely he never ceases making his idiotic assertions that are disproved by a simple internet search.
