It looks like Metal Men may beat the JLA to the screen. But I gotta say I really like the idea, and Barry Sonnenfeld could do a decent job. Maybe the JLA is too big, expectations too high, could be a bigger financial flop than John Carter. Hell any JLA film that doesn't make at least Avengers money, will be considered a failure. Why not start with lower expectations like Metal Men? Or Doom Patrol! I'd rather see a Doom Patrol movie. Or maybe even Challengers of the Unknown, or The Legion of Superheroes.
