Yes. It's done in picture book format and the writing is very shallow. No context is given for Bob Kane's not crediting Finger in his deal with Vin Sullivan, for probably the most noteworthy example. Ty Templeton's art is difficult to recognize as his, looking a lot like Dave Gibbons' in places, actually.

The afterword is pretty good, but again rather on the thin side. You could easily read the whole book in half an hour. I just read the CBR article and it pretty much gives the whole story of the book, afterword and all.
