1. Take Magnesium before sleep and during the day Citrate will work the best but it's kinda hard to find.
2. Benadryle does work on occasion
3. Stay off the PC and stay away from TV
4. Sugar forget about it
5. sugar in baked goods forget about it candy
6. Alcohol is the worst thing it helps you pass out but that is about it
the sugar in Beer is bad wine might not be that bad but even that has sugar but it's not as bad.
7. Get a humidifier for dry seasons helps if you breath though the mouth you won't have a dry mouth or nasal passages I think they use them for babies and stuff also for the same reason.
8. stay away from protein at night
9. Get a new Bed
10. Get a good pillow
