The whole Valiant line is pretty good, even with XO and Harbinger being hilariously decompressed. Bloodshot's not as bad and Archer and Armstrong and, so far, Shadowman seem even a bit better. At 4 bucks a pop, though, you might be better served trade-waiting and I'm a guy who usually hates it when people do that.

I own Habringer art draw by Sean Chen who I thought did the series justice.

I'm not buying them, but the art started out decent. The stories were horribly decompressed to the point they'd never entice me to buy them. As time has progressed, they've relied on dozens of variants to boost sales numbers. I'm a completist. I like to own everything from a publisher or series I like. It'd be idiotic to chase all the variants for this company. You'd end up with 4 copies of almost every issue or more and pay through the nose for variant covers people will never want. As time has progressed, the art is getting weaker and weaker. All in all, I'm just wondering how much longer until they burn through their money and cease publication. As far as I'm concerned, it's got nowhere else to go with the business path they've selected. It looks like they are trying to cycle through all of their trademarks to keep them active.

There is a motion comic on the web for Harbinger. It just made me sick. It bastardized everything I liked about the 90's series.

They do have fans. I'm just not one.

Quantum & Woody is back? Oh, thank god. How are you supposed to do superhero dick jokes without dredging up a sixteen year-old property?

Ha ha, seriously though, superhero comics are a rotting corpse. Grab a fork.

I guess my "Batman, Batman, Batman, a little Superman, and more Batman" joke was too optimistic. It should go, "Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, Batman, a little Superman, and more Batman"

Nine-and-a-half Superman comics in one month and Jerry Ordway still can't get his calls returned at DC.
