You (and Marino) are incorrect. Saying "the Democrats had control of everything for two years and didn't fix everything" is patently false. Norm Coleman kept Al Franken from taking his seat for months, then Ted Kennedy died. The Democrats' "supermajority" in the Senate was extremely short-lived.
