As for Wein's editor's title making him uniquely qualified to replace Moore as writer, hogwash. I've no idea who edited the manuscript of To Kill A Mockingbird before it was published. But I wouldn't find that anonymous editor any better suited to replace Harper Lee against her wishes as writer on To Kill A Mockingbird 2: Atticus In Law School.
There may not be a sequel to To Kill a Mockingbird, but someone did s sequel to Moby Dick...
