Well, more than three months have passed and gutless spineless Omar has not yet responded. He has not rebutted my argument, and has not retracted his accusations.
If anyone still was in doubt about this waste of skin, I think hte issue is settled now.
J-Bolt is a liar and a fraud, and Omar hasn't got the integrity to admit he was conned, and he hasn't got the decency to apologize to the people he slandered.
He's probably still reeling from the fact that he believed jbolted.com was real.
Please feel free to point to this thread every time Omar opens his arrogant and ignorant mouth and expresses his opinion of things of which he does not know.

You've also forgotten such sheer hilarity as J-bolt accusing Warren Ellis of being a stooge of DC and of trying to sabotage his company on orders from DC management because they were terrified of the competitive threat he posed.

I'm not sure of when all of this drama was taking place but I can assure you that if he was telling anyone to contact Jaki Baskow or me in 2004 that there is definitely something wrong with this picture. Jaki does not represent him nor does she wish to and I dropped him from my client roster in January 2001.

Are you calling Judith Moose a liar? J-Bolt gave out her name as being somebody involved with his project; if he hadn't, where would the "bashers" have come up with it? Well, now, here she is stating quite plainly that (a) she did represent him at one time and (b) she has not done so since 2001.

I'm Judith Moose's assistant and she has asked me to respond to J-Bolt's post and offer an apology for the actions of one of her employees. She didn't know anything about this board until someone sent her a message this morning regarding your posts. One of our former interns had said something about seeing her name on a forum last month connected with this topic. When asked about it, Judith said that Jaki Baskow had been given a script for "Bombshell" but that Jaki wasn't currently representing him and that he hadn't been a client of hers since around 2001 and that was all. We were unaware that he had posted anything regarding this information.
Judith has asked me to let you know that she has absolutely nothing against J-Bolt and in fact, considered him a friend throughout their working relationship. She wishes him nothing but the best in all of his projects and hopes that he and his loved ones are well and happy.
To those of you on this board as well as J-Bolt himself, please accept our apologies on behalf of our intern. This and other items are serving as reminders of why this intern is no longer with us.

We socialized quite often throughout the time we worked together and I considered him to be a friend.
For the sake of knowledge, other than yesterday's message from Catherine, I will not be posting on the forum as my business dealings with J-Bolt were over several years ago. I wish him well with his current and future endeavors but honestly have nothing to discuss. Any type of future discussion that I would possibly have with him would be either over a telephone or face-to-face. I have two companies to run on a daily basis and taking part in a smear campaign isn't something that I would do. One of my companies is an Entertainment PR firm, at which my staff and I protect people's reputations, not try to destroy them.
Once again, thank you for your message. I appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention.

MacQuarrie and Omar: This obsession you both have with J-Bolt has gone from being mildly amusing to just plain bizarre. Your J-Bolt debate has spilled out over three different message boards. You both have been spending way too much time researching and exploring J-Bolt's background. And neither one of you has really accomplished anything other than to make yourselves appear obsessive and bitter.
Don't you think it's time to just drop it and move on to more productive endeavors? While I admit that J-Bolt is a fascinating indvidual, devoting this much of your free time to someone you don't even really know seems rather unworthy of your talents.

Wil Radcliffe.... how dare you!! I've been reading this rambling, narative from afar for months now, and i must say, the entertainment value contained herein is second to none. These dudes are priceless!! Please do not attempt to contain their exuberence/goofiness with this appeal for common ground. Life's too short, this hillarity has been too ripe and the rest of my life's too dull to see this come to an end. I beg you two... keep it comin, I find it utterly enthralling. Omar... Sounds good to me to just e-mail you. I'll do so right after posting this reply. I've e-mailed you before, but I never got a response back from ya'. I didn't put 2 and 2 together then, but now, I can understand why you didn't reply back. Because I'm sure you didn't know whether it was the real me or not. I don't blame you, as I've been duped the same way, as you know from all the posts you've seen attacking me, throughout all this time. Besides that, I also tried getting ahold of you from that farse "jbolted" site, but apparently the messages were kept from getting to you, otherwise, I'm sure you would've contacted me back, then. As far as knowing it is the real me on this board, for further conversational posts, ask me anything here that only I would know and the way only I would respond. I'm sure you know of quite a few facts about me, from all these years of posts, needlessly defending myself from a senseless bash war, to know what kind of questions to ask me. Since it is apparent that you know about me and exactly what I've said to be true throughout this 6+ year onslaught of bashing I've endured, there is one definite way to know me from any basher. That would be to find some item I've said in a post, which the bashers have twisted to be what they want to read and interpret in order to get their followers against me even moreso. If you ask a question about one of those items (and there's plenty of them to choose from), a basher will answer it in their twisted variation no matter what (they just can't help but to do so, as they lost sight of the truth right from the very start of spewing their venom about me), while I'll give you the exact answer as I've always said it, since what I've said is the truth (except for when I was trying to protect my real name, of course... and obviously had to lie about that, until Simone was able to prove otherwise when she uncovered my "Stars Of Lightning Bolt Comics" copyright registration from the Library Of Congress... that was my only lie, but I was forced to do so, to protect the privacy of my name). After you've established that this is the real me, you'll come to recognize my sentence structure, phrasing, etc. whenever I write anything out. Those with intelligence can do so, without doing as the bashers do, which they do to anyone who supports me, they'd accuse of being me under an assumed name, just as they did with you on that jbolted site and here. Anyway, this would actually be somewhat fun for ANYONE to figure out real ways to discern me from an imposter by comparing answers to questions that I only answer 1 way: the truth, while bashers ALWAYS twist the answers around, making it into a falsehood. And the posts from me, especially on the CBR forums, inexplicably show who the real J-Bolt is. And who knows... people may actually (and probably accidentally) learn more about me, especially the truth, which has gotten lost in basher translation, over these past 6+ years, by the bashers not giving the facts of what I've answered. With the fake LBC fan sites, I've learned how to discern the real ones from the fake ones. You will too. In other words, don't ignore all of the invitations you get to LBC/LBE/J-Bolt fan sites and such because that's precisely what the hard-pressed bashers want. After all, if you don't trust a fan site invitation, then you'll ignore every one that you get, which will cause the real ones to go under because nobody will be able to trust what they read. Just get to know each and every one of the perpetrators' style of writing, M.O., frequency of fact inconsistencies, etc., and you'll know how to find the real people from the fakes. That's what I've done and it works, since the bashers can't find it possible, in any way, to break their M.O. in what they do/how they do it, even when I've told them what that M.O. is, to watch their responce to it. You actually can't blame MacQuarrie for not thinking (or rather not WANTING) the original [fake] Judith Moose post was a fake. The reason for that is because the intern who created that post obviously is a person who so badly needed attention, that he went along with the majority of people who post here (the bashers) and wanted acceptance by them, so he wrote things that MacQuarrie, and the rest of them, wanted so badly to hear: more witch-hunting, smearing lies about me. MacQuarrie wanted to believe it so much that he didn't even have one thought of questioning the validity of it, since it said what he likes to read. What's funny is that you'll notice how he and the other bashers gladly welcome anyone who joins in on the bashing against me (I wouldn't be surprised if they even send a Christmas card to these types of people) while anyone who supports me (like you) they go after with fangs bared, tearing them down, accusing them of being me, etc. because they just cannot accept that there really are people out in the World who support me. As a matter of fact, they'll do whatever it takes to trash those supporters, if they don't convert to the side of the bashers. There are more supporters of me and my companies out there than I can even begin to guess. But, they don't add in their posts to defend me because they don't want to be the bahsers' next target. That's what killed the forums on the LBC/LBE company sites: people were frightened off by bashers constantly flaming anyone who didn't see things their way. It just reminds me of the Iraq regime while Saddam was in charge... doesn't it do the same for you? If you don't agree with them, you're put on the firing range. If I were you, I wouldn't hold my breath on getting any apologies from MacQuarrie or any other of his ilk who still stands by him. This is so sad but its ever so true. If MacQuarrie and his ilk would look at this situation, especially now, after hearing back from Judy, they can solve the basher-induced-mystery behind each and everything I've ever said as being truthful or not. Simply enough, they can just ask her about the items that she was witness to, as my publicist, during the entire time of her employment/friendship with me. Now, in order to discern what it is that she knew and what she didn't know, just reflect on everything I've said from 2001 and before. But, in order to get the REAL truth behind these items, all they would have to do is use MY quotes/posts to her and she'll tell them whether its true or not. Such as what I've said about Rena Mero, Pat Morita, Stewart Raffill and others that I have their LOI's or LOC's from 2001 and before. Just go through all those posts and everything I've said. Quote them to her and she'll tell everybody that they are true. The reason that my exact words would have to be used is because the bashers have always twisted what I've said so that it wouldn't be true. For example, if I were to say "Rena Mero and I were friends," the bashers would twist that around to "J-Bolt said that Rena Mero and he were in a relationship together." See why my exact quotes are needed to get the real truth? Judy will also be able to confirm to you why I couldn't just put the cast/crew's LOI's and LOC's on the website (to prove the truth myself) because of the legal striction behind the Confidentiality Clauses that were signed between them and me, which is standard procedure in this industry, and bound me from proving my own innocence of what the bashers endlessly accused me of. If I would've broken that Confidentiality Clause, not only would I not have those cast and crew members, but I would've also been up for the biggest lawsuit(s) that people have seen in a VERY long time. I couldn't even publish the LOI/LOC's from any of the cast/crew who were discontinued from the project or died because of them being completely binding. Judy will be able to confirm that to you, as well. While you're at it, let's dispell another of the bashers' untruths: ask Judy if a person has to buy their way into the Marquis' Who's Who In America or are they nominated, then inducted into it. Let's get ALL of it out in the open and find out if I've been lying, from somebody who was there, Guys! I dare you. If you don't want to do this, then that goes to show that you DON'T want to prove I've been telling the truth all along, about every, single, solitary thing except my real name. And if that is the case, you've proven what I've said about the bashers all along, which is [quoting Jack Nicholson] "you can't handle the truth!" If you do it, and find out that I've been telling the truth this whole time, then maybe it's finally time to end this stupid, frivilous war and give me a 6+ year deserved apology for putting me through the hell that you have all along. J-Bolt continued to refer to Judith Moose as his representative at least through 2004. That's a fact.
Judith Moose, via e-mail and statements through her assistant on this forum, asserts that her professional relationship with J-Bolt ended in 2001.
Ergo, it is a fact that J-Bolt claimed to be represented by Ms. Moose for at least three years after their relationship terminated.

You called the content of that message "lies" but that's not the case.
Whether Ms. Moose in fact was the person who posted it or not, her subsequent comments confirm that the facts presented in that message are true, that J-Bolt's professional relationship with Ms Moose's company did in fact end three years earlier than he said it did.

Well, I haven't dissected a J-Bolt post in quite a while, so let's see how I do...
J, I told you I wouldn't go after you, and I haven't. I knew about your other blogs and side-business before it was posted, but I kept my mouth shut. So please take what I'm saying here in the spirit in which it was intended, which is simply the pursuit of accuracy. Omar has demonstrated a willingness to distort truth and manipulate facts when and how it suits him and to deny the existence of any facts that he can't twist. With that in mind, I think it's worthwhile to avoid giving him any more ammo.

Come on, Jim, you know the truth. You only started claiming that "Jim Fisher" wasn't your real name when somebody noticed that Jim "J-Bolt" Fisher was interviewed by "investigative journalist J.B. Fisher" in your ashcan comic. I know you claim that J.B. Fisher is a whole different person, but I can't find anything he's ever written. You said he was an award-winning reporter, but his name has never appeared in any Las Vegas newspapers or magazines, according to the National Index of Periodicals.

This is true. Your writing style is unmistakable, and damn hard to fake. The only other person who writes at all like you is Rick O***y. Both of you habitually use malaprops (words that sound similar to the word you meant to use), and both of you write long, tortured sentences full of misplaced words that are supposed to make you sound more articulate than you are but fail miserably. Sorry if that's harsh, but it's true. Your grammar is awful, and you usually use the wrong word whenever possible.
