ASPEN MLT HEADS TO THE LONE STAR STATE AND WIZARD WORLD 2006 WITH A HOST OF NEW EXCLUSIVES

Aspen Comics will be attending this yearıs Wizard World Texas show armed with a multitude of new Aspen comics and products offered exclusively at the Aspen Comics booth #401. Aspen founder and creator Michael Turner (Soulfire, Fathom) will be attending this yearıs Wizard World show and will be available throughout the weekend to meet and sign autographs with fans, and discuss his work on Aspenıs Soulfire and Shrugged, Marvel Comicsı Civil War and Onslaught Reborn, DC Comicsı Justice League of America, NBCıs new hit television series ³Heroes, ³and his upcoming mini-series Ultimate Wolverine with Jeph Loeb. Turner is looking forward to meeting the fans in Texas:

The Texas show will also be host to the finale of the year-long epic run of Fathom: Volume Two with an exclusive Fathom #11 Wizard World Texas 2006 exclusive cover by Michael Turner and Peter Steigerwald (Soulfire). Fathom #11 is penciled by Koi Turnbull (Fathom, Marvelıs Black Panther) with inks by Sal Regla (Fathom), and colors by David Moran (Soulfire: Chaos Reign).
Aspen will feature a Soulfire: Chaos Reign #2 Wizard World Texas 2006 cover by Michael Turner and Peter Steigerwald, available exclusively at the Aspen Comics booth. Soulfire: Chaos Reign is penciled by Marcus To (Fathom: Cannon Hawke, NBCıs ³Heroes²) with inks by Don Ho (Fathom: Cannon Hawke) and Saleem Crawford (Fathom), and colors by David Moran. Wizard World Texas will also mark the last time fans will be able to purchase the Aspen Comics Civil War X-Men #1 exclusive cover from the Aspen Comics Booth.
In addition to exclusive Wizard World comics, Aspen will also be releasing a new series of their trademark art prints for sale at the show. New Aspen prints include the Soulfire: Chaos Reign #2 Wizard World Texas 2006 Michael Turner cover (limited to 75 copies: signed and numbered), the Fathom #11 Wizard World Texas 2006 Michael Turner cover print (limited to 75 copies: signed and numbered), a new Fathom Classic print (limited to 75 copies: signed and numbered), the final Aspen Splash #1 Wizard World Texas 2006 print of the con season, and many more new and exclusive prints.
The Shrugged creative team of Michael Turner, Frank Mastromauro, and Micah Gunnell, along with Ultimate Wolverineıs Peter Steigerwald, will all be on hand throughout the weekend at the Aspen Comics booth signing autographs and meeting with fans.
As a special treat for fans attending the Aspen Comics Panel on Friday, the first 100 fans will receive a special one-of-a-kind Soulfire: Dying of the Light mini-print made only for the panel guests!
