THE HERO INITIATIVE BRINGS FIRST 50 HULK #1 COVERS AND WHILCE PORTACIO TO EMERALD CITY COMIC CON
Hot on the successful heels of Hero’s Ultimate Spider-Man #100, Hero is proud to showcase the first 50 covers of Hero’s Hulk #1 Project. Dozens of top-name creators have signed on to illustrate covers, including Emerald City guests such as Herb Trimpe, Tone Rodriguez and David Finch.
Along with the covers, Hero has an amazing booth schedule including While Portacio and lunch with the fabulous Dan DiDio on tap so don’t miss the happenings at Booth #808!

"This time around, Hero has gone all out by bringing Image Comics co-founder Whilce Portacio, the debut of the "Hulk 100" and the return of the infamous arm-wrestling with Michael Avon Oeming!"

Lunch with Dan Didio will take place on Sunday, May 11 at approximately 1:15 PM and the winner MUST be on-site at con to claim their auction winnings. Lunch will be at a restaurant near the convention center, and a Hero Initiative representative will be on site to foot the bill. And YOU get some quality one-on-one time with the current architect of the DC Universe!
The Hero Initiative is the first-ever federally chartered not-for-profit corporation dedicated strictly to helping comic book creators in need. Hero creates a financial safety net for yesterdays' creators who may need emergency medical aid, financial support for essentials of life, and an avenue back into paying work.
