Valiant Rocks The Vans Warped Tour This Summer, Providing Artwork And Branding

Announced today at Comics Pro, Valiant have teamed up with the The Vans Warped Tour® presented by Journeys® to provide artwork and branding for their 2017 tour this summer with over 40 tour dates.
Comic book heroes will be part of the “immersive experience” for fans attending the tour. Heroes who will be featured in artwork and branding include X-O Manowar, Faith, Bloodshot, Livewire, Ninjak, and more. They will appear on posters, promotional pieces, merchandise, and more. The 2017 Vans Warped Tour® artwork has been designed by Valiant comic book artist Kano.
Valiant is also going to exhibit at some of the Vans Warped Tour® dates with a “mobile comic book art installation” and appearances by comics creators. This is also the first time that a major comics publisher has joined the Warped touring roster in more than 10 years.
Moreover, the team up will have a charitable component. Valiant’s appearances on the tour will benefit the The Keep A Breast Foundation – a nonprofit organization with a mission “to empower young people around the world with breast health education and support”.
Vans Warped Tour® Founder Kevin Lyman calls this collaboration with Valiant “very special from a creative standpoint.”

The tour will kick off on June 16th in Seattle, WA and end on August 6th in Southern California.
The entire lineup for will be released on Wednesday, March 22nd.
