A First Look At Valiant’s Major Hero Death Storyline ‘Massacre’ In Harbinger Renegade #5

 
Valiant have released a first look inside Harbinger Renegade #5, the book which is the first issue of the “Massacre” storyline where a major Valiant hero is slated to meet their end.
This issue is also a jumping-on point and it will “jumpstart” the Road to Harbinger Wars 2, the massive 2018 crossover event coming up from Valiant.
Harbinger Renegade #5 arrives on July 12th, written by multiple Harvey Award nominee Rafer Roberts (Plastic Farm) and artist Darick Robertson (The Boys, Transmetropolitan). The comic is set to “ignite a ruthless showdown with the H.A.R.D. Corps, according to Valiant.
Valiant advises retailers and fans that due to the “shocking on-panel death” in this issue, Valiant will for the first time also be wrapping each issue in a specially manufactured advisory overlay–complete with a clearly marked warning label–that will ship on all copies of the issue at no extra-added cost.
