The SDCC ’17 Boom! Studios Drink Up Will Be Biggest Yet In Partnership With 20th Century Fox Film

Boom! Studios is running a series of ten announcements leading up to San Diego Comic-Con 2017, and the first is very fan-facing.
Boom will be partnering with 20th Century Fox Film, their new business partner, for their Thursday night party at SDCC ’17 and extending free drinks to the first 1,250 fans who attend. Drinks tickets will be given out at the venue.
[*Editor’s note: This is UPDATED from previous coverage saying the tickets would be handed out at booths. Now they will be handed out at the venue and numbers have been expanded to 1,250.]
The Boom! Studios Drink Up is the longest running annual party open to fans held by a comic publisher at SDCC and this years will be held on Thursday, July 20th, beginning at 9pm at the Odysea Lounge, located on the second floor of the Hilton Bayfront Hotel. Be prepared to show proof of ID for drinking age.
