Hashtag Comics Announces Final Chapter of Tailwands

 
All good things must come to a end. This is true in life as it is in comics. Hashtag Comics has announced the sixth and final chapter of its children’s graphic novel series, Tailwands scheduled for release on September 17^th, 2017. The comic is written by Dustin Holifer and illustrated by Morgan Rae Myers.

Tailwands follows a mouse named Kaya Bell as she journeys to discover herself and her powers as a Tailwand. It’s set in the world of Silmay, filled with action, magic, and adventure. Kaya travels with her brother and other fantastical creatures as they battle the malevolent Mordu. The final chapter, “The Last Stand” has the characters going up for one last battle with this dark evil.
Tailwands: The Last Stand will feature a 12-page epilogue from series creator Drew Crowder. This looks like a fun kids fantasy comic along the lines of Mouse Guard and not just because it’s got magic and mice. It is currently available for pre-order through Diamond.
