The new Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer is finally here. Of course, it comes with a warning from director Rian Johnson, who admits to being torn about sharing its beauty and “revealing” potential spoilers contained within. “If you want to come in clean, absolutely avoid it,” he wrote on his Twitter page.
Considering that many fans like to be as spoiler-free as possible, we will not discuss the happenings in the new trailer. Instead, we’ll just mention the previously established facts. Star Wars: The Last Jedi is the eighth film in the main Star Wars saga. It continues the story of the Skywalker family as Luke (Mark Hamill) debates returning to the galaxy at large. Meanwhile, Leia (Carrie Fisher) continues her fight with the First Order with the aid of a new generation of heroes. This group included Oscar Isaac as ace fighter pilot Poe Dameron and John Boyega as ex-Stormtrooper Finn. Daisy Ridley also stars as Rey, a young woman with a powerful connection to the Force.
