“Change Is Good” – Brian Michael Bendis Heads To DC From Marvel
by Hannah Means Shannon
After 20 years working for Marvel, writer Brian Michael Bendis will be leaving the publisher to take up an exclusive deal with DC Comics, as first announced on Twitter by DC.
Bendis followed up the Tweet with confirmation of the news and an expression of enthusiasm.
Here are those Tweets:

While this is big news, especially since Bendis has been working on several titles at Marvel Comics, including Defenders and Jessica Jones, the spirit behind it makes a lot of sense.
Talking with pros in the comics industry at a convention will reveal how many have worked with both Marvel and DC Comics in the course of long careers, and for a writer, keeping things fresh can be essential.
DC Comics are going to be lucky to have Bendis, and we here at Comicon.com wish him all the best.
